I have a problem with my 9kg ecobubble in that mid wash it stops and the drum appears to be trying to turn but it seems unable to do so. It kind of twitches as if the motor is trying to turn it but unable to do so. It then gets no further with the wash. I have checked the drum and it spins freely, cleaned the filter and checked the drain hose
