skoda octavia speedometer not working

Škoda Octavia. Skoda Octavia Mk I (1996-2004) Speedometer not working and fuel guage fluctuating. I wonder if anyone can help me with my Octy MK1. The speedo just stopped working and at the same time the fuel guage started fluctuating. I've had the sensor out and nothing broken, if you rock the car you can see it turn.
